Can I have the same every time?

Of course! If you are happy with your housekeeper, we will do our best to make sure you get the same cleaner. However, we cannot guarantee this due to sickness absence or holidays. If your cleaner happens to be sick or away, we will send you a replacement.

Are your housekeepers fully trained?

Absolutely! All of our cleaners have undergone extensive training courses so that they can deliver the most exceptional level of cleaning service.

Can my housekeeper come when I am not at home?

Of course. You do not have to be at home when your housekeeper arrives. You can leave a set of spare keys. The fact that we are fully insured means that you can place your trust in us and feel confident that we hold your keys securely.

What will happen if my housekeeper is on holiday or off sick?

We will work with you to arrange a replacement cleaner should your regular housekeeper be unable to clean your place.

Do I have to pay extra if I want the housekeeper to clean at the weekend?

No, we do not charge extra if your appointment falls on Saturday or Sunday.

How can I pay?

Our company accepts two payment methods. You can either pay in cash once the cleaning is complete, or you can transfer money to our bank account at least a day before your appointment.
